She has over 6 years of experience in the field of artificial intelligence\, with a focus on customer success.\n\n\nPreviously\, she worked at IBM in various roles\, including Data Science Lead\, Tech Lead\, and Engagement Lead. She is also a speaker at multiple data and AI conferences.\n\n\nRihana holds two Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and has a mini MBA from Kelley School of Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Sales.\n\n\nShe is passionate about using AI to solve real-world problems. In this talk we’ll present a half-dozen case studies where glassbox machine learning uncovers surprising patterns in data that would have made deploying blackbox models trained on that data very risky on unfair.
